Many of our products are too large or heavy for UPS shipping. Or we can get better shipping rates using a LTL carrier. This is how you or we can add shipping cost to a order after we quote the shipping cost.

  • FREIGHT QUOTES ARE BASED ON THE ORIGINAL INFORMATION PROVIDED. IN THE EVENT THE INFORMATION SHOULD CHANGE (I.E. RESIDENTAL DELIVERY, LIFTGATE NEEDED, APPOINTMENT DELIVERY, GOVERNMENT, MILITARY, INSIDE DELIVERY, NON COMMERCIAL; SCHOOL, CHURCH, UNIVERSITY, HOSPITAL, FARMS, CONSTRUCTION SITES, PRISONS, OR A SITE WITH NO LOADING DOCK)
  • ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES INCURRED WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

TIPS:

  • DONT SIGN FOR SERVICES THAT YOU DID NOT RECEIVE.
  • CHECK THAT YOU RECEIVED EVERYTHING AND MAKE NOTE OF MISSING ITEMS ON THE BILL OF LADING. 
  • CHECK FOR DAMAGED ITEMS AND MAKE NOTE OF THEM ON THE BILL OF LADING.
  • TAKE PICTURES OF DAMAGED PACKAGING BEFORE OPENING. 
  • LIFTGATE SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR ANY SHIPMENTS EXCEEDING 60” IN LENGTH.
  • LTL CARRIERS CHARGE WAIT TIME. USUALLY OVER 20 MINUTES. IT'S NOT CHEAP.
