Fixed Steel Gantry Cranes
These fixed height steel gantry cranes are designed for efficient transporting and positioning of materials along the beam's length, offering a robust and economical lifting solution. Constructed with heavy-duty welded steel, they ensure years of reliable service, while a durable blue finish protects against surface wear. Available with uniform capacities ranging from 500 lbs. to 10,000 lbs., they feature overall I-beam lengths of 8 ft., 10 ft., 15 ft., and 20 ft., with weights between 510 lbs. and 915 lbs. depending on the model. Units come with four position-locking swivel casters with roller bearings—500 lb., 2000 lb., and 4000 lb. models have glass-filled nylon casters; 6000 lb. and 8000 lb. models have phenolic casters; and the 10,000 lb. model has ductile steel casters—allowing movement in four directions (forward, backward, left, or right) for precise positioning. The fixed height design provides consistent lifting stability, reducing the need for additional personnel. Each crane includes warning stickers and an owner's manual and complies with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.179, ASME B30.17, and ANSI Z535.4 specifications.
